I already rung them once and was holding for about 15 mins before that.

To top it..the customer service agent had an Asian accent and couldn't understand when I told him my phone number..some problem with zero and 0 and nought.
That does deserve a JAYSUS I'm sorry!

I have been battling for over a year with N power who decided to charge me 500 pounds for one quarters electric. I think it is the big brother system of only ever talking to computers or indians means they can do what they like to you... Hello by the way.
