Kevin 21 blogger gets on a nerve

For a month now I have been under attach from a 'blogger' (obviously a spammer account) who has chosen to inundate one solitary entry of my blog. Namely the one prior to this entry. I won't write the title of it in case this is a trigger.

I am annoyed it has to be said. Even though comments are under moderation mode, I still have to delete the rubbish that has been sent by dear ole Kev.

I want to know how to truly make this account cease and desist.

Ideas anyone?
